Group seminars and workshops are 1-hour long and conducted in person.
Group seminars and workshops include the topics of:The 1,2,3 method to maximize practice
Regulating the nervous system
Visualization and mental repititions
Cognitive techniques to reframe adversity
Once the 4-week seminar and workshop component is completed, then we move to working with athletes/ coaches / teams during practice.
Practices are where we practically apply (in real time) all of the concepts learned. There is also the option to work with teams during game time. -
Step 1 — Competitive Evaluation
We analyze how you currently prepare, decide, react, and recover during competitive play.
This identifies where mental performance leakage—not skill deficiency—is occurring.
Step 2 — Build Your Personal Performance Structure
You receive a customized competitive framework tailored to your tendencies, not a generic mental-skills curriculum.
Step 3 — Integrate Into Practice and competitive Play
We install systems directly into your current training environment so changes are immediately usable.
Step 4 — Refine Through Competition
Adjustments are made based on real scoring environments, not theory.
We change:
How you make decisions under pressure
How you respond to mistakes
How you manage emotion during competition
How reliably your skill shows up when it matters
Expected Outcomes
Athletes who commit to this process commonly experience:
Reduced mental volatility during competition
Faster recovery after errors
More committed performance under pressure
Stable scoring patterns across game days
Increased ability to stay aggressive late in competition
